
Jennifer Bell
Jennifer Bell has a career background in mechanical engineering and has been involved in the inspection, maintenance, testing for over 20 years with critical equipment in multiple industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Colorado Technical University with concentrations in Finance, Environment and Social Sustainability. She has been adjunct faculty at Houston Community College, where she has taught engineering and construction technology courses for the last 10 years. She is an native Houstonian and grew up in the Clear Lake area.
She is an active Community Volunteer with The Society of Women Engineers, The Federation of Houston Professional Women, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Texas Tech University Alumni Association Clear Lake Chapter
About 10 years ago she established and endowed the Texas Tech University College of Engineering Alice McKay Scholarship, in honor of high school teacher (Clear Creek High School) to make a further impact to the future engineering community.

Malcolm H. Melancon Jr.
Malcolm H. Melancon Jr. (TREC # 24288) is a native Texan and relocated to Houston in 2004 from San Antonio Texas. He is a United States Navy Veteran – 1987-1991 (Operation Preying Mantis/Operation Desert Shield/Storm). Malcolm is a graduate of University of Houston Main Campus – Magna Cum Laude.
He has two years as special inspector for soils and concrete testing, 4 years as a field inspector for a prominent local Structural Engineer for single family homes, and multi-family projects to include foundation, framing and hardware, exterior sheathing and interior shear wall (phase construction). Along with 7 years as the construction administrator/Field Inspector for a leading structural firm for large multi-family and garden style multi-family conducting phase construction inspections.
